An urban planner by training, Ghislain Bélanger has 30 years' experience in real estate management and development in the municipal sector. He is our key resource to facilitate the implementation of your real estate projects in line with the vision and land use planning orientations of the MRC de L'Assomption and the partner cities of the Zone Agtech, mainly the cities of Repentigny and L'Assomption.
