International Women’s Day International Women’s Day

Today, we are celebrating #International Women’s Day. Zone Agtech wants to highlight all women entrepreneurs, researchers and managers, recognizing their outstanding contributions to the agricultural industry, particularly in the field of agricultural technology (agtech) and plant bioproducts.

Women have long played a vital role in agriculture, contributing to food security, nutrition and economic development. Today, women are taking on even greater challenges by leveraging technology to improve agriculture’s productivity, profitability and sustainability. In the agtech sector, women are driving innovation and providing solutions to some of the most pressing challenges facing farmers and the sector as a whole.

This is also an opportunity to recognize women’s critical role in shaping the future of agriculture and food systems. By investing in and supporting women in agtech, we can unlock their full potential and accelerate the transformation of agriculture for the benefit of all.

We invite everyone to join us in celebrating International Women’s Day in agtech and recognize the achievements and contributions of women in that industry. Let’s work together to empower women in agtech and create a more sustainable and equitable future for all.
